The Assistant Restaurant Manager coordinates and manages the dining room service while ensuring a warm welcome for all customers. They are responsible for team leadership, inventory control, and overseeing the daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
The candidate must be capable of managing a team and handling customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills are required for managing reservations, stock, and cash operations.

En collaboration avec David, le responsable de salle, tu réalises, coordonnes et gères de manière autonome et rationnelle le service en salle.
Tu veilles au quotidien à l'accueil chaleureux des clients.
Tu manages l'équipe en salle.
💼 TES MISSIONS :
Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et les accompagner à leur table
Garantir un service rapide et attentif pour assurer la satisfaction des clients
Travailler en synergie avec l’équipe de cuisine pour assurer un service fluide et de qualité
Gérer la caisse et effectuer les encaissements
Réaliser les inventaires et participer à la gestion des stocks
Assurer l’ouverture et/ou la fermeture du restaurant
Gestion des réservations
Gestion du service en salle
