This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll and the administration of HR programs. It involves managing benefits, attendance, and leave while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
The candidate must be able to coordinate payroll deductions, prepare financial reports, and manage FMLA and other approved leaves. Proficiency in administering performance evaluations and employee recognition programs is also required.

Responsible for supporting Human Resources while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for associates. This position serves as a resource for associates and management by administering HR programs, maintaining compliance with employment laws, supporting employee relations, benefits administration, attendance/leave management, and payroll processing. The role requires a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy, and customer service.
