You will lead the planning and scheduling delivery for major stadium and precinct projects while driving project controls and EVM performance. Additionally, you will manage high-performing teams and secure client alignment on strategic recommendations.
Candidates must have proven project planning and delivery expertise along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Professional membership or equivalent development is required, as well as knowledge of sustainability and industry trends.

The project:
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities and introducing robust knowledge-transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.
