Responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control complex industrial systems and processes. This includes creating design documents, leading programming efforts for SCADA applications, and performing field testing and commissioning.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in electrical or automation engineering. Proficiency in PLC/DDC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and SCADA solutions is essential.
Controls Engineers 3 are responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control systems, machinery and processes. Controls Engineers work in various industries including industrial controls, water / wastewater, power controls and protection, and transportation systems. They're technical experts in areas such as advanced process control, instrumentation, distributed control systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems. Controls engineers use these skills to design and implement solutions to our customer's complex needs.
This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.
