Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and oversight to pre-licensed providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based therapy. Maintain a direct clinical caseload by conducting diagnostic assessments and providing psychotherapy to individual, couple, and family clients.
Requires a Master's or doctoral degree and MN state licensure as an LP, LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT with board approval to provide clinical supervision. Candidates must have at least 4 years of clinical therapy experience, including 1 year of supervision and 1 year of group practice experience.

Location: Multiple locations in Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN (currently limited space available at our St. Paul sites)
Position can be full time in office or a hybrid of in office and remote with a minimum requirement of 3 days in office
Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee (combination role of supervisor and provider)
This role is a combination of supervisory and direct practice activities. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to pre-licensed providers and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services. Your role is essential in maintaining the standard of care, promoting therapeutic excellence, and fostering the professional development of our pre-licensed staff.
As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
