Job Description
SUMMARY
Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Retail Support Intern to assist the Regional Head of Sales and country Supervisors across Malaysia and Singapore. This internship offers hands-on exposure to regional sales operations, retail performance tracking, and cross-market collaboration within one of the most dynamic beauty environments in Southeast Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🛍️ Sales & Retail Operations Support
Assist the Regional Head of Sales in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance decks across Malaysia and Singapore markets.
Support KPI tracking and analysis (e.g., sell-out performance, conversion rates, average basket size, counter productivity) and flag key trends for the team.
Help consolidate sell-out data from Sephora Malaysia and Singapore and maintain up-to-date sales trackers.
Assist in preparing commercial presentations and market performance reviews for internal stakeholders.
Support the coordination of stock and replenishment needs by liaising with supervisors in both markets.
📋 Administrative & Coordination Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regional Head of Sales and country Supervisors.
Help maintain and update operational databases, trackers, and filing systems.
Assist in the coordination of meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Support in raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking of invoices and shipments where required.
Assist with cross-dock and pre-alert documentation related to Sephora orders.
🤝 Field Team & Supervisor Support
Act as a key point of contact for information flow between the Regional Head of Sales and Malaysia & Singapore Supervisors.
Support supervisors with scheduling, reporting templates, and operational tools to drive counter efficiency.
Assist in coordinating retail activations, events, and in-store initiatives across Sephora counters in both markets.
Help monitor Visual Merchandising (VM) compliance and in-store execution standards by compiling feedback and photos from the field.
🎓 Training & Engagement Support
Assist in the logistics and coordination of team trainings and briefings, including product launches and sales campaigns.
Help prepare training materials, onboarding documents, and briefing decks for Beauty Advisors and field teams.
Qualifications
PROFILE
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Able to commit from Jul 2026 to Dec 2026 on full time basis
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools is a plus.
A genuine passion for beauty and retail with curiosity about the travel retail and Sephora landscape.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
