Perform hands-on maintenance tasks to prepare residential units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Handle trash-outs, furniture installation, and general grounds upkeep during the peak turn season.
No prior experience is required, but candidates must be reliable and capable of performing heavy physical labor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in heat, tight spaces, and on ladders.

No experience required. Show up ready to work and we'll teach you the rest.
What you'll doEach day you'll get a list of units, common areas, or projects. Depending on the day:
You won't do all of it every day — but be ready to do any of it.
Temporary, seasonal role tied to turn — typically a [2–4 week] stretch with long days and some weekend work at peak. No benefits. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stay on your feet for long stretches, and go up and down ladders and stairs throughout the day, including in heat and tight spaces.
