Analizar su territorio utilizando las diferentes auditorias (ATV, Close Up) para establecer un plan de acción SMART que le ayude a llegar a sus resultados.
Cubrir las métricas de fuerza de ventas tales como:
a)Objetivo de visita diaria (9 médicos y 3 farmacias al día)
b)Entrega de muestra médica a médicos auditados en un 70%
c)Sincronización diaria del sistema CRM Sfnet
d)Obtener certificaciones de conocimientos por arriba de 90
e)Desarrollo de competencias de venta
f)Asegurar la inclusión de médicos potenciales en su fichero para garantizar cubrir al menos el 70% de las recetas en cada mercado
Licenciatura, pasantía o título universitario con licencia profesional.
Iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, integridad, vocación de servicio, orientación a resultados, comunicación efectiva.
Sin experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, pero con al menos dos años de experiencia en sectores afines (hostelería, servicios, seguros, etc.) con resultados demostrables. Capacidad demostrada para influir en clientes internos y externos, sólidas habilidades analíticas, comunicación efectiva y desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
