🗨️ About the Team

• We, the Cancer Screening Asia Business Development Team at Lunit, are responsible for managing and overseeing all business activities occurring across the greater Asia region excluding our home market of Korea. Our team is compact but high performing, consisting of passionate members located in our HQ in Seoul, Singapore and Australia.
• We strive to identify market and customer needs, working together towards solving problems. We strive to make a difference, building on our success in converting national screening programs and hospital chains while delivering early cancer detection. • To build on this, we need a sales and business professional, who can accurately assess the business situation for each country they manage and prioritise appropriately. You should be experienced with direct sales and channel partners and should possess adaptable thinking to smoothly communicate and drive tasks accordingly.
• We need someone who can proactively seek new business opportunities and solve problems, creatively utilizing the internal and external resources needed to manage projects with current overseas partners to achieve our sales targets and performance goals.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Revenue forecasting and target achievement for assigned territory. Assigned Territory refers to Asia Pacific, excluding Korea & Japan; however, the final territory assigned will consist of a mix of key developed countries and developing countries across the region.
• Be the face of Lunit, Act as the primary contact point for customers/partners, represent Lunit and be accountable for all business-related topics to maximize revenue by delivering ongoing value to our markets.
• Backed by a very capable team of specialists, you should be comfortable being the first point of contact for technical, clinical and commercial discussions.
• Develop new and existing business/strategies, optimising our business approach to suit each country, though direct sales activities and channel partners (e.g., global partners, local distributors)
• Review and optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, marketing opportunities, and sales opportunities.
• Serve as the business liaison to all internal Lunit teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, etc.
• Conduct target management and evaluation for existing sales channels. Maximize revenue and Optimize business opportunities by leveraging Salesforce(CRM tool) to track customer and account activities;
• Ensure forecast accuracy, deliver visibility and drive Lunit’s market share, prioritizing a healthy sales funnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Seoul South Korea with strong oral and written communication in both Korean and English.
• Over 3 years of experience in Global Business Development in the Healthcare Industry.
• An overall understanding of the healthcare industry, with an understanding of medical informatics and a passion for artificial intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing sales channels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading customer engagements and interactions in both top down and bottom up situations, comfortable interacting with Management or C level in the Healthcare Industry but able to add value in a conversation with on the ground hospital staff.
• Negotiation skills and experience with contracting. A fast learner with a customer-oriented mindset; Strategic thinker;
• A proactive mindset that bridges ideas to implementable solutions, and can help move both internal and external stakeholders to quickly solve problems.
• Executive-level communication skills including writing, interviewing, persuasion, selling, and presentation.
• Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region.
  

🏅 Preferred Experiences

• Deep relationships with Radiology industry stakeholders.
• Experience in directly selling or working with Radiology informatics solutions such as RIS, PACS, VNA or AI platforms.
• Deep understanding of Women’s Health (mammography) and / or general Chest Xray device manufacturers.
• A clear understanding of hospital purchasing processes.
• Bachelorʼs degree or higher.
• Experience in using Salesforce to optimize sales.
• Proficient in sales forecasting and funnel management skills.
• Be highly team oriented, collaborative, and adept at developing trusting relationships with stakeholders.
• Be able to function in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment; be able to lead in a balanced manner with poise, especially in ambiguous situations.
• Well-structured documentation skills. A logical thinker able to build evidence based positions and adapt as new evidence is developed.
