Supervise patient service representatives to ensure a welcoming environment and accurate data entry for clinical imaging services. Manage staff onboarding, performance evaluations, and daily front-end operations including financial collections and scheduling.
Requires an Associate's degree and at least 2 years of medical office experience. Candidates must be proficient in patient registration workflows and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Services Representative Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for all patients, families, and visitors while performing the requested duties. These duties will include interviewing patients and/or families to obtain all demographic and financial information, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying patient insurance, explaining financial responsibility to patient or patient representative, and collecting same-day payments.
