Lead and develop a national sales team to drive sustainable revenue growth and increase market share. Manage strategic customer relationships and collaborate with internal departments to align sales activity with business objectives.
Requires a minimum of 8 years of commercial sales experience, including 5 years in a leadership role selling technical B2B products. A matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification and a valid driver's license are required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, improving market share, strengthening customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team across the business. This role requires a strong balance of strategic sales leadership, hands-on key account management, pipeline discipline, commercial awareness and people development.
The Sales Manager will work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations and Warehousing to ensure that sales activity is aligned with broader business objectives, customer requirements and operational capacity.
