Maintain luxury apartment homes and community amenities through make-ready turns, preventive maintenance, and general repairs. Ensure community curb appeal and respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs via a rotating on-call schedule.
Requires at least one year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and personal tools. Candidates must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be proficient in multiple trade skills such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
