The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders across the apartment community. They also conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure the proper functioning of systems and the structural integrity of the buildings.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school certificates in electrical or plumbing preferred. Applicants should possess solid knowledge of general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry, along with a valid driver's license.
