The Lead Barista is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through high-quality drink preparation and consistent team leadership. They partner with the Café Leader to manage daily operations, maintain brand standards, and oversee cash handling and loss prevention.
Candidates must be certified in espresso and café operations with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for more than 4 hours.

Our Lead Barista focuses on providing an exceptional experience for our café customers through the creation of incredible drinks, impactful café experiences, and providing consistent leadership of the café team.
The Lead Barista position is responsible for partnering with the Café Leader to lead team members and the café in an efficient and profitable manner. This includes, but is not limited to: day to day store operations, quality control, fostering a positive community environment and ensuring consistent quick service with a focus on hospitality.
