Requires a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in automotive paint shop sealer operations. Must possess strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of both manual and robotic sealer application systems.

The Sealer Production Team Leader is responsible for managing daily seam sealing, underbody coating, PVC application, and cavity protection operations in the automotive paint shop. This role ensures proper body sealing performance, water leak, noise reduction, corrosion protection, and appearance quality in accordance with OEM standards. The position leads production teams to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale (QCDSM) objectives while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, process specifications, and standard work. The Team Leader serves as the primary link between production, quality, maintenance, and engineering for sealer-related operation.
