The Monitor Technician provides advanced ECG monitoring, interprets cardiac rhythms, and responds to life-threatening changes or monitor alarms. They also manage multiple technology platforms and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate arrhythmia recognition skills. A BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire, and an Associate degree is preferred.
