Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to provide in‑home nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You’ll support patients with daily care needs, monitor their condition, and help ensure safe, high‑quality home health services.

This position is based on a Pay per visit compensation model.
Pay per visit ranges from $40 to $45 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
