The Account Manager is responsible for retaining and expanding revenue through contract renewals and upsell motions within an existing customer portfolio. They will drive product adoption and deliver strategic guidance to help customers achieve business goals using the SaaS platform.
Candidates need 5+ years of experience in Account or Customer Success Management, preferably within SaaS and the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to integrate AI into daily workflows are also required.
