Lead the facility's quality assurance, safety, and compliance programs while supervising Quality & Safety Technicians. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain ISO and OSHA compliance systems across the plant.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field with 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or safety. Proficiency in QMS, NCR/CAPA, and OSHA programs is essential, with ISO or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
