The Senior Associate will partner with CFOs and management teams to identify and execute opportunities for improving financial and operational performance across portfolio companies. They will also lead strategic projects, M&A integrations, and develop best practice playbooks for the Value Creation Team.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 4-8 years of experience in consulting, private equity, or strategic finance. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
LLR Partners is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance & Operations professional to join its Value Creation Team (VCT). The VCT partners with LLR investment teams and portfolio company management teams to accelerate growth and improve performance across the portfolio.
Reporting to the Director, Finance & Operations, the Senior Associate will support Finance & Operations value creation initiatives across LLR’s portfolio companies. The primary focus of the role is helping CFOs and management teams identify and execute opportunities to improve financial and operational performance through analysis, recommendation development, and implementation support.
The Senior Associate will also support strategic projects across the portfolio, including business transformation initiatives, M&A integrations, and other cross-functional efforts that require strong analytical and project management capabilities.
This is an opportunity to work directly with portfolio company leadership teams and play a meaningful role in driving value creation across a diverse portfolio of growing software and technology-enabled businesses.
