Lead daily 3rd shift manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. Supervise production employees, coordinate workflows, and serve as the primary leadership liaison between staff and management.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in both manufacturing and supervisory roles. Must be proficient in English and computer skills, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs.
As the primary leadership presence on the overnight shift, the Production Supervisor must demonstrate strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills while serving as a liaison between employees and management.
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
