Assist lead installers in the removal and installation of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems and components. Maintain company vehicles and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety and local codes.
Candidates must possess EPA certification and the physical ability to work in confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred along with a strong mechanical aptitude.
Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking Bilingual HVAC Install Apprentices to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Installers and apprentices perform basic HVAC tasks. Apprentices will assist the Lead Installers, and provide exceptional customer service at ALL times by treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. The position will provide on the job training, shadowing, and learning while requiring adherence to workplace procedures, following health and safety guidance, and successfully completing tasks. HVAC licenses/certifications Required!
