SUMMARY:
The purpose of this job is to fabricate parts according to customer specifications and meet production efficiencies by performing the following duties.
WAGE TYPE:Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Prepares parts for sawing, bending, cutoff, and deburring to appropriate length and dimension.
Visually inspect and prepare incoming materials.
Sets up and controls saw, tube benders, and hole punch equipment to include proper setup of part and tooling.
Cleans and maintains fabrication area and equipment.
Records production data on specified forms.
Performs visual inspection and measurement of parts in preparation for plating.
Follows established safety procedures and work instructions.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Perform Pipe Cleaning.
Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
Environmental responsibility is our commitment to our communities.
Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.
Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

Education and/or Experience:
Expected: High School Diploma or Equivalent. One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Communication Skills:
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language in order to communicate well with our vendors, internal suppliers and interpret invoices.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
