The Production Supervisor coordinates and directs production department activities to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards. They are responsible for managing employees, equipment, and safety protocols, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring production targets are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a journeyman trade certification considered an asset. A minimum of three years of experience in high pressure die casting, machining, or assembly is preferred, along with strong communication and coaching skills.
