The BCBA is responsible for conducting intake evaluations and designing individualized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans. They also supervise and train ABA technicians while providing support and guidance to families regarding assessment results.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA credential and be eligible for state licensure. A minimum of one year of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst is required.
