Design individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy using a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach. Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content. An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and eligibility to supervise RBTs are required.
