The Department Director of Nursing oversees all nursing services, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance within the facility. They are responsible for staff leadership, department budgeting, and the implementation of best practices to improve clinical operations.
Candidates must hold an active Minnesota RN license and possess 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with strong knowledge of CMS and OBRA regulations.
