Oversee day-to-day operations of the auto body shop, including production scheduling and quality standards. Manage personnel, safety obligations, and P&L margins to ensure business profitability and a positive company culture.
Requires practical body shop experience in estimation and repair along with leadership experience in the collision industry. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and basic computer skills are mandatory.

Levander's Body Shop is a well-established auto body repair facility known for delivering high-quality automotive repair services. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in managing a successful auto body shop, we want to hear from you. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Training for this position will begin promptly to learn the processes and procedures that Levander’s carries throughout its’ Multi Shop Organization (MSO). CCC Intelligent Solutions experience preferred but not required.
