The Billing Manager will lead and develop the Revenue Cycle team while overseeing daily operations such as claims processing, denials management, and accounts receivable. Candidates should have at least 3 years of medical billing and supervisory experience, along with strong knowledge of insurance regulations. Proficiency in revenue cycle systems and excellent analytical and communication skills are required for this role.

This role is ideal for a revenue cycle professional who thrives on process improvement, team development, and ensuring the financial health of a mission-driven organization.
This position is on site, allowing for direct collaboration with leadership, billing staff, and operational teams while supporting the continued growth of our organization
