Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, into learning solutions and development workflows.
Facilitate training sessions, instructional skills workshops, and small group discussions as needed.
Collaborate with instructors, AV, IT, production teams, and customers to deliver high-quality learning products.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with customer security policies and organizational standards.
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. Degrees in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Educational Technology, Online Learning, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Office, learning management systems (LMS), and project tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing multimedia learning content using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
