The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, diagnosing vehicle needs through inspections, and providing accurate repair estimates. They must maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings while coordinating service schedules and advising clients on vehicle maintenance.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of automotive experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining high CSI scores are required.
