The officer is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training volunteers to support Lambda Chi Alpha Chapters. This includes delivering virtual and in-person training sessions and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates using Salesforce.
A bachelor's degree and initiation into Lambda Chi Alpha are required. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in leadership development or volunteer engagement and proficiency in Salesforce.

Summary: The Volunteer Training and Recruiting Officer is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting the volunteers who serve Lambda Chi Alpha Chapters. Working closely with the Associate Director of Volunteer Training and Recruiting, this role helps Chapters build strong advisory teams by promoting volunteer opportunities, identifying and recruiting qualified candidates, delivering high-quality training, and providing ongoing support that enables volunteers to succeed.
