Develop relationships with contractors and engineers to identify new business opportunities for precast concrete solutions. Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals while coordinating with production and engineering teams to ensure project success.
Requires 3+ years of experience in estimating, construction sales, or precast concrete, along with the ability to interpret construction drawings. A high school diploma is required, though associate or bachelor degrees are also accepted.

Lakelands Concrete Products is seeking a Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This role combines construction sales, project estimating, and customer relationship management to help contractors, engineers, municipalities, and developers find the right precast concrete solutions for their projects.
This is more than a sales position. You’ll become a trust advisor to customers while working closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that keep projects moving.
