Support, configure, and optimize AI-driven automation solutions and system integrations for clients. Act as a technical link between clients, operations, and developers to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and at least 2 years of experience in technical or automation support, preferably within the BPO industry. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of APIs, HTML, CSS, and tools like Zendesk and Jira.

This position serves as a key link between clients, operations teams, AI specialists, and software developers to ensure successful implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
