The Head Age Group Coach will lead USA Swimming and summer league practices while developing seasonal training plans and fostering a positive team culture. They will also manage team operations, mentor junior coaches, and maintain strong relationships with athletes and their families.
Candidates must have at least three years of age group coaching experience and hold current USA Swimming membership. Additionally, they are required to possess American Red Cross certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches.
The Ladera Oaks Swim Team is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Head Age Group Coach to help lead our growing USA Swimming program while also serving as the Head Coach of our PSA Summer Swim Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who is passionate about developing swimmers both in and out of the water. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who enjoys building relationships with athletes and families, creating a positive team culture, and helping swimmers reach their full potential.
Working alongside our Head Coach, this individual will play a key role in athlete development, season planning, team operations, and fostering a fun, competitive environment.
