Wir suchen keinen Code-Monkey für Fließbandarbeit, sondern einen echten Product Engineer. Über unser Tool laufen bereits Millionen an Ad-Budgets – das bedeutet, deine Architektur muss rock-solid sein. Gleichzeitig leben wir echtes Start-up-Tempo: Wir shippen schnell und iterieren am offenen Herzen.
Als Senior Developer mit Node.js-Fokus entwickelst du nicht nur unser Kernprodukt weiter, sondern baust gemeinsam mit uns das bestehende Dev-Team aus. Du hast die absolute Freiheit, eigene Tech-Entscheidungen zu treffen, und die klare Perspektive, bei uns in die Rolle des Head of Development / CTO hineinzuwachsen. Wenn du es liebst, Business-Probleme in eleganten Code zu übersetzen, smarte AI-Lösungen zu integrieren und ein Team aufs nächste Level zu heben, dann ist das dein neuer Spielplatz.
