Job Description:
Join our team as a Lead, Program Scheduler where you’ll play a key role in driving program success. In this position, you will analyze and manage program schedules, assess project performance, and support critical programs partnering across functions including finance, engineering, subcontracts management, manufacturing, and quality. You’ll ensure all schedules are integrated, identify risks and potential conflicts, and keep programs on track using industry-standard tools like Gantt and PERT charts and Earned Value Management. This is an opportunity to make an impact by keeping our most important programs running smoothly and efficiently.
