Provide direct operational and administrative support to the management team to ensure smooth daily business operations. Gradually take over strategic projects, reporting, and act as a central interface within the company.
Requires a completed degree or vocational training with professional experience in a similar administrative or organizational role. Must possess strong organizational talent, high accuracy, and fluency in both German and English.

Unsere modularen Lösungen finden Anwendung sowohl in der Landwirtschaft als auch in der Industrie, um hochwertige Insektenprodukte für Heim- und Nutztiere zu produzieren.
Als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung / Founders Associate arbeitest du direkt an der Seite der Geschäftsführung und bekommst Einblick in nahezu alle Bereiche des Unternehmens. Du sorgst dafür, dass operative und administrative Themen zuverlässig laufen, bringst Struktur in den Unternehmensalltag und hältst der Geschäftsführung den Rücken frei. Gleichzeitig wächst du schrittweise in ausgewählte Projekte, Reportings und strategische Themen hinein und entwickelst dich perspektivisch zu einer zentralen Schnittstelle im Unternehmen.
Pflichtangaben in Österreich:
Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation entlohnen wir marktkonform und über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.800 pro Monat.
