The BIM Modeler will establish BIM implementation strategies and manage 3D data to meet project deliverable requirements. They will also prepare architectural tender drawings and engage project teams to optimize design and construction processes.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Architecture and possess at least 3 years of progressive experience in BIM technologies. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, and 2D CAD is required, along with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
