Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for service calls and request follow‑up and planning engineer movements.
• Creation of work orders in FSL for orders received.
• Work closely with Service Team in scheduling engineers to various customers and for trainings.
• Co‑ordination with project managers (MN/LCS), admin teams while technicians travel plans done.
• To support on overseas disposition in dispatch table.
• To co‑ordinate and arrange travel, laptops, tools etc., and support other admin activities related to engineers.
• Payment follow‑up.
• Close working with APAC region while submitting required reports if any seek by region.
• Maintain high occupancy of FSEs consistently.
• To be available to FSEs and Project managers to extend contingency support as and when needed.
• Keep updating Team Managers regularly about the occupancy of their reportees.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of customer orientation and service mindset
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (SAP or similar systems a plus)
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
