The Coordinator provides logistical and administrative support for global Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition programs. This includes managing calendars, updating talent systems, and providing high-level administrative assistance to the VP of Global Talent & Culture.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

The Coordinator, Global Talent & Culture reports to the Vice President, Global Talent & Culture and supports the coordination and administration of key global programs across the full function. Acting as a key resource for both employees and the broader Global Talent & Culture team as well as for candidates. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring strong logistical coordination of Learning & Development, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition activities.
