The Sales Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store while supporting sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They also assist with daily operations, visual merchandising, and training new team members.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary:
The Part Time Sales Lead is an entry-level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day-to-day store operations. This Sales Lead supports the Store Manager by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience.
