The role involves unloading freight, operating high-bay equipment to store and retrieve products, and maintaining a clean and safe distribution center environment. Employees are expected to cross-train across various warehouse functions to support efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ability to read English instructions and operate warehouse machinery safely is required.

Typical Working Conditions
The primary function of the High Bay Operator is to stock storage racks and remove product from rack as needed to ensure product is accessible in the distribution center.
Piece rate duties to perform a variety of tasks within the distribution center that support the ability of the facility to fill and ship customer orders that meet customer requirements. This position requires an individual who is willing to transfer between jobs on an as needed basis.
