Perform preventive maintenance and resolve electro-technical and mechanical malfunctions for overhead cranes and lifting installations. Act as the primary technical contact on-site, ensuring equipment is safe and operational while advising customers on improvements.
Requires an MBO-3 or MBO-4 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field, along with a valid Driver's License B. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and be willing to participate in on-call emergency rotations.
Als Servicemonteur Bovenloopkranen werk je bij klanten in de industrie, logistiek en havens waar hijsinstallaties essentieel zijn voor het dagelijkse proces. Wanneer een kraan stilstaat, ligt het werk vaak direct stil.
Daarbij werk je zelfstandig in een vaste regio rondom jouw standplaats, waardoor je de klanten en installaties in jouw werkgebied goed leert kennen. Geen lange ritten door heel Nederland, maar werken bij klanten in jouw eigen regio.
In de ochtend begin je bij een productiebedrijf waar een kraan is stilgevallen. Je lokaliseert de storing, pakt deze direct en veilig aan en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn weer kan draaien.
In de middag sta je op een groot distributiecentrum voor gepland onderhoud. Je controleert en stelt installaties af, voert veiligheidschecks uit en adviseert de klant over betrouwbaar gebruik en preventief onderhoud.
Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie bij klanten in jouw regio. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag voer je onderhoud uit, de volgende dag los je een storing op in een productiehal of logistieke omgeving. Je analyseert technische problemen ter plekke en bepaalt zelfstandig de juiste aanpak.
Je werkt met elektrotechnische installaties, aandrijvingen en mechanische componenten. Je hebt direct contact met de klant en bent het gezicht van Konecranes op locatie. Dankzij jouw vakmanschap zorg jij ervoor dat installaties snel weer veilig en betrouwbaar operationeel zijn zonder concessies te doen aan kwaliteit of veiligheid.
Je werkt veel op hoogte en vaak zelfstandig. Jij bent het technische aanspreekpunt op locatie.
Ervaring met bovenloopkranen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Een sterke technische basis en motivatie vinden wij belangrijker.
