Perform general maintenance and repairs for residential properties at Erie Station Village. Handle apartment turnovers and ensure the upkeep of multi-family community facilities.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar trade, including turnover experience. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are mandatory.

Highly Skilled Maintenance Technician in Residential Property Management needed at Erie Station Village in West Henrietta, NY.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license. A min. 3 years' experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.
Maintenance Technician skills required: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.
High School Diploma or greater required.
