The Market Engagement Lead manages strategic event execution, brand consistency, and marketing operations to increase visibility for Kolar Design and KXI. This role serves as the primary administrator for CRM systems and coordinates engagement initiatives between sales, leadership, and external partners.
Candidates must possess exceptional project management skills and experience in event planning and marketing operations. Proficiency in HubSpot and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail are required.

The Market Engagement Lead is responsible for creating visibility, engagement, and opportunities for Kolar Design and KXI through strategic event execution, marketing operations, brand management, and client engagement initiatives.
This role serves as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, leadership, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the Kolar brand.
The Market Engagement Lead owns the systems, campaigns, events, and communications that create awareness and support business growth.
