The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for crafting high-quality, compliant responses to SOQs, RFPs, and other bid documents to drive business growth. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized strategies, visual aids, and marketing collateral.
Requires a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 2-4 years of professional experience in the AEC industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and Microsoft Office is essential.

Kokolakis is seeking a creative, outgoing, and strategic thinker to join our growing marketing team! As a Proposal Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving our business development efforts by crafting compelling, compliant responses to SOQs, ITBs, RFQs and RFPs. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Executives, Project Managers, and Preconstruction teams, to support initiatives that fuel our firm’s growth.
