The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle symptoms, and providing accurate cost estimates for labor and parts. They must monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and explain all completed work and charges to the customer.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a service advisory role within a dealership setting. A positive attitude and a high-volume, CSI-focused mentality are required.
