Assist in receiving activities, including checking quantity, part number, and basic documentation.
Support inventory transactions in the ERP (IFS) system, such as goods receipt, stock transfer, stock issue, and adjustment entries.
Assist in regular stock count, cycle count, and physical inventory checking.
Support shop order kitting activities to ensure materials are prepared accordingly for production.
Assist in Kardex stock updates and adjustment activities based on approved records.
Help to maintain proper labelling, storage, and material arrangement in the warehouse.
Support investigation of inventory discrepancies together with Warehouse team members.
Assist in filing and maintaining warehouse documents and transaction records.
Follow company procedures, safety rules, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
Supply Chain, Logistic, warehouse or relevant field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
