Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans. Conduct pre- and post-inspections and manage the setup and takedown of job sites.
Candidates must be physically capable of climbing ladders, standing for 10 hours, and lifting 50 lbs. Ability to operate large vehicles and work independently during night shifts is required.
