Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a state teaching certification with at least two years of teaching experience. Expertise in Pre-Algebra and a proven track record of success with diverse student populations are required.

KIPP Miami is looking for a motivated teacher with a track record of molding future leaders in our communities. You are passionate about education and understand the importance of building strong relationships in generating student achievement. You are dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure our students succeed through mathematics as a key foundation.

KIPP Miami offers competitive salaries to newly hired lead teachers. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements. KIPP Miami offers a competitive salary starting at $53,450 for first-year teachers. Additional annual compensation is available based on performance, extracurricular program leadership, school-based leadership, and more.
KIPP Miami offers a full comprehensive benefits plan, including health care, competitive 403(B) plan, and a school laptop.
